Aptagen, LLC
ERK 1/ ERK2 (Family II) (ID# 7546)
RNA
Extracellular Regulated Kinase 1 and 2 (ERK 1 and ERK2)
Protein
4.7 nM (reported value)
Buffer: 10 mM HEPES, pH 7.5; 10 mM MgCl2
30°C
Denatured in water at 95°C for 3 min and slowly cooling in binding buffer from 55°C to 30°C.
Preferentially binds to double phosphorylated ERK2 (ppERK2) with 10-fold greater affinity that to unphosphorylated ERK2 (50 nM). No inhibition of JNK or P38.
Inhibits phosphorylation by ERK1/2 with a Ki = ~5.4 nM.
