Aptagen, LLC
IFN-γ-binding aptamer (ID# 8230)
DNA
IFN-γ
Protein
3 nM (reported value)
The aptamer was dissolved in 10 mM HEPES buffer (pH 7.4 with 150 mM NaCl). This buffer was also employed in all IFN-γ sensor experiments.
20°C
NA If the oligo is a known aptamer sequence: For binding studies, perform a refolding protocol to ensure proper function (i.e. binding to antigen or target). Refer to the aptamer reference source for the appropriate refolding parameters and binding conditions. Note: it is unknown whether aptamer functions properly without refolding.
Many uses of this aptamer in the literature use an amino modifier on the 5' end and a thiol modification on the 3' end.
