Main aptamer: 80°C for 3 minutes, gentle cooling at 23°C for 5 minutes. Antisense Apta-switch component: 40°C for 10 minutes, then combine with refolded main aptamer and incubate for 2 hours at 23°C. Wash with 1X DPBS, store at 4°C.
Apta-switch component (antisense strand) to SARS-CoV Spike protein aptamer (ID #: 7058). Originally reported with poly(dT) spacer and linker for functionalization.
