Refolding Protocol: 95°C for 10 minutes followed by a 10 minute incubation at room temperature

Specificity: Shown to bind specifically to the H3 subtype compared to recombinant HA proteins from other subtypes.

Comments: Binding region located at residues 8-40. At 2.5 uM, completely inhibited agglutination of turkey red blood cells in presence of 16 HA units/50 ul.
